ZUCCHINIS
These very patriotic Zucchinis come in your choice of green or gold, these range in size from small for petite meals to very large for pickling. these Zucchinis are grown very quickly and are guaranteed to be soft in the skin. small Zucchinis are $3 per kilo and larger ones are bettet value at $1 each.
PARSNIPS
These are generally used in soups or baked. Parsnips are closely related to carrots, but have a more earthen flavour and are not as sweet. Because they are so slow to grow, they are quite a dry vegetable. $7 per kilogram
